大象館的一間大房子內。
一頭雌大象用鼻子卷著一支畫筆，在牆上的白布上塗抹。
辛笛兒和那名男飼養員站在一旁，靜靜觀賞。
側門打開一條縫，雪麗從門內向辛笛兒招手。辛笛兒轉身，輕手輕腳離開。
大象館會客室內。雪麗和辛笛兒握手。
雪麗：You may have recognized me. I’m Sherry. Please have a seat. Would you like something to drink (你可能已經認出我來了。我是雪麗，請坐吧。要喝點什麼嗎？)
辛笛兒焦急地：Please tell me where is John! (請告訴我，劉俊豪在哪裡！)
雪麗：We don’t know exactly where he is…(我們不知道他確切在哪裡……)
辛笛兒頹坐在沙發上哭泣。
雪麗：I’m sorry. But we’re sure he is okay. (對不起。不過我們肯定他沒事。)
辛笛兒擦淚：Please bring him here. Or take me to him. (請把他帶來這裡，要不然帶我去見他。)
雪麗：Okay. We’re going to find him. Please go back to the hotel and wait for me. (好，我們一起去找他。請你先回旅館去等著我。)
辛笛兒想起追蹤她的傑克。
辛笛兒：But the man…(但是那個人……)
雪麗：Don’t worry. (別擔心。)
計程車司機推門進來。
雪麗：He’ll take care of you. (他會照顧你的。)
計程車司機：Please come with me. (請你跟我來。)
辛笛兒跟著計程車司機出門去。
雪麗拿起電話撥打。
阿爾伯塔省、賈世柏國家公園、哥倫比亞冰川(Columbia Icefield Glacier, Jasper National Park)。冰川面積：325平方公里，最大深度：365米，為北美次極地最大冰川。冰川遠景，冰川旅遊中心，旅遊車進出，遊客往來。
一輛冰場接客巴士來到冰場前，旅客下車，排隊等候。不久，一輛冰川探索車(Ice Explorer)開來，司機安第(Andy)下車，站在門邊，歡迎旅客上車。
安第：Hi, everybody, welcome aboard our Ice Explorer….(各位好！歡迎登上我們的冰川探索車……)
旅客全部上車。安第上車，開動，將冰川探索車開下陡坡，走上冰原。車窗兩側冰川風光。
安第(為旅客講解)：On August 18th, 1898，Norman Collie and Hermann Woolley explored the mountains along the Great Divide in the wilds of the Canadian Rockies. They climbed to the summit of Mt. Athabasca. They were the first recorded people to look out over the great plateau of ice, which is now known as the Columbia Icefield under our Ice Explorer. (在1898年8月18日，諾曼克萊與赫曼烏雷在加拿大洛基山脈大分水嶺上探索，他們爬上了阿塔巴斯卡山巔。這樣，他們就成了有記錄以來，最早發現我們腳下這塊大冰原的人……)
